No information is ever shared with other parties unless a client specifically authorizes such disclosure. We employ state-of-the-art technology to ensure data security in our network, and if requested, we can send and receive PGP-encrypted e-mail for added protection. All Executive Translations employees are bound by confidentiality agreements, and we are happy to enter into additional non-disclosure agreements with our clients. Any printouts of client documents – e.g., for internal proofreading purposes – are taken to a professional shredding facility where they are immediately destroyed.
